I managed and mentored a team of six senior UX, motion & visual designers. We focused on three main areas: designing knowledge infrastructure to be leveraged for global programs, developing scalable design systems, and driving engagement through creativity and design excellence. We collaborated with learning consultants and global sales partners to consult, design & build integrated learning experiences.
